The Friends of Valleybrook Gators Annual Membership Meeting will be held September of each year. Call for nominations to fill upcoming Executive Committee vacancies will be held in the July, overseen by a Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will be seated in July, and consist of three or five members appointed by the Executive Committee. Nominations shall be submitted to the Nominating Committee by the August Executive Committee meeting, including a bio for distribution to all Members. Nominations from the floor of the September meeting shall be entertained.

Executive Committee members shall not receive any stated salary for their services as such, but each shall be entitled to receive from the Corporation reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in conducting the business of the Corporation subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
